Cookie policy
The short version: without your agreement no analytics or advertising cookie is written. You can withdraw that agreement at any time, and refusing is as easy as accepting.
Version 2.0 · in force from 1 September 2026
What cookies are
They are small files that a site writes into your browser, so that it remembers something about your visit. Some are necessary for the site to work, others serve to measure traffic or to advertise.
What we use
We keep your choice about cookies in the browser's own memory, not in a cookie, and it goes nowhere. The Google tag loads with the page, but in a refused state: it writes nothing and sends no identifiers. Separately, Cloudflare, which delivers the site, counts visits and taps on WhatsApp, phone and email, without cookies and without any identifier that could recognise you from one visit to the next. We only see totals per day and per page. If you accept, these start:
- Analytics · Google Analytics 4 · shows us how many visitors we have and which pages they read. It writes the cookies
_gaand_ga_<identifier>, with a default lifetime of 2 years. - Analytics · Microsoft Clarity · shows us how the page is used: where you click, how far you scroll, where you stop, and it records a replay of the visit. The form is marked to be hidden, so what you type into it never reaches the recording. Until you accept, the recording is given a new identifier on every page and cannot be linked to an earlier visit. Once you accept, it writes the cookies
_clck, lasting one year, and_clsk, lasting one day. - Marketing · Google Ads · shows us which campaign brought a visitor. It writes the cookie
_gcl_au, with a default lifetime of 90 days.
The fonts are hosted on our own server, so they are not loaded from Google. The Google tag and Microsoft Clarity are, however, loaded from their servers when the page opens, because otherwise they would have no way of receiving your choice, and that transmits your IP address to them. Until you accept, neither of them writes any cookie and neither can link your visit to an earlier one.
Under art. 4 para. (5) of Law no. 506/2004 and art. 5 para. (3) of Directive 2002/58/EC, we need your agreement in order to store information that is not strictly necessary for the service you asked us for. That is why we ask for it, and until you give it the tools above write no cookie.
How you change your choice
You can change your choice at any time, with no explanation: . The bar follows the rules we promised you before it existed: without your agreement no cookie is written, refusing is as easy as accepting, and there are no pre-ticked boxes.
How you control cookies anyway
Any browser lets you see, block and delete cookies from its own settings, whatever a site says. Look for the privacy section in Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge.
The data you leave with us directly, through the form or on WhatsApp, is covered in the privacy policy.
