1. Who operates the website

Podere Design & Build is the brand under which the company provides architecture, interior design and turnkey fit-out services.

2. What this site is

A presentation site. The site sells nothing online, it takes no orders and it concludes no contracts. The contact form and the WhatsApp button serve only to send us a request.

The information about fees, durations and budgets is indicative. The firm price and the committed deadline come out of the budget and the contract signed for your project, after the measured survey. Nothing on this site is a firm offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.

3. Rights over the images and the designs

All the photographs, renders, plans, sketches, texts and other material published here are works protected by Law no. 8/1996 on copyright and related rights. The rights belong to TAPONE ESTATE S.R.L., to the authors of the projects or to the photographers, as the case may be.

You may not copy them, download them, reproduce them, modify them, distribute them or use them for any commercial purpose, including for another firm's portfolio, without our written agreement. Publishing them on the site transfers no right to the visitor.

You can share links to the pages of the site. If you want to use an image in the press or in an editorial piece, write to us; we usually say yes and we send you the file at the right resolution, with the author credited.

If you find material on this site that you believe you hold rights to, write to us and we will take it down or clarify the situation as quickly as we can.

4. How you may use the site

You can read it freely, for information. You may not try to reach it without authorisation, overload it, extract the content automatically or use the form for unsolicited commercial messages.

5. Limitation of liability

We keep the information up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete or free of errors at every moment, in particular the indicative prices and the estimated durations. The photographs show real projects, built in conditions specific to each space; they do not guarantee an identical result in another space.

We are not liable for technical interruptions to this site, nor for the content of third-party sites we link to.

6. Personal data

7. Governing law

Romanian law applies to these terms. Any disagreements we settle amicably first; if we do not manage that, the courts at the company's registered office have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you can also go to the National Authority for Consumer Protection, anpc.ro.

8. Changes

We can update these terms. The version that applies is the one published here on the date you visit the site, and we put the date of the last update at the top.
