TapOne Burebista

Short-term letting · Bucharest

Bucharest · Studio apartment · 38 m² · 2025

Design and site: architect Teodor Ninulescu. Project management, budget and procurement: Gabriel Țapu.

Measured survey, technical design and line-item budget. Then new partitions, new services, finishes and made-to-order furniture. We did the design, the purchasing and the build ourselves, and we handed over the space ready for short-term letting.
